Automobile Bumper Facia Transport
The Challenge: Develop a solution for the transportation of car bumper facia from one area of the plant to another area. The facia contained surfaces that could not be scratched or scuffed. The customer needed a solution that could transport three facia and be controlled by one person.
The Solution: LeverPack developed a custom transportation cart made from coated steel with casters and handles. The solution had a modular design that allows for easy adjustment for various models of facia.
